Trouble interacting with people,,,,who else?

Hi all

5 mo free of .25 daily klonopin for 5 years

It seems that some symptoms are getting worse

I am very social, however when I talk with people and or look at them I become fatigued, awful head and face pressure with dizziness

These head symptoms are always here and have been intensifiing over the last few months, these are my worst symptoms, its so hard to focus without my head hurting

Can anyone relate to interactions with people and feeling this way, I was never like this before

Love you all

Its getting better at 15 months off. I had it really bad early on. Every conversation I had was a struggle. It felt like I was looking in on the conversation from the outside. I was totally disconnected. Its so much better better now. Not 100% , but getting close.

Did you experience any symptoms in your body when interacting?  Like head aches and dizziness, spacyness?

Thank you

Yes. Dizziness, lightheadedness, spaceyness have been one of my worst symptoms and the spaciness was definitely pronounced during conversations with others. It was like focusing on the conversation created an uptick in symptoms. Stress related I guess.

So you are saying that this has gotten better over time for you when interacting with people?

Yes. Its gotten much better. It's really not an issue anymore. Ocassionally, if Im stressed, tired, or experiencing a wave I will experience it, but at a much reduced level. It has improved so much since about 7 months out. I dont really notice it at all now. I still dont like to carry on conversations like I use to, but the disconnected / spacey feeling is gone. I think as the months roll by, you will see improvements. I was scared it was gonna be permanent, but that's not the case. Try to relax and give it time. You will get back to feeling like yourself as time passes.
