Is itchiness a thing in withdrawal?

Month 13 here. Suddenly arm and hand, some back and waist are itchy. I can’t think of any new irritants that I could be reacting to. Is this on the list too?

I think so. I had terrible itching earlier in withdrawal. It got so bad that there were flakes everywhere I sat. My hands turned red, and I tried hiding them. They looked very unsightly. BUT it went away.

Yes. It was one of the 1st wd symptoms I started with and still have. Two pinpoint locations- one on the lower-left back, one on the right back thigh. Neither location has any visual signs of irritation- no flakes, no redness...just the damn itch itself. My right eye was also irritated a lot...always felt like there was an eyelash or other piece of foreign matter lodged in exactly the same location. I think I had been to the eye doc at least 4 times in one year to have it checked out. It has since gotten better, but the skin itches still remain.
