Long time user. I began xanax back in 2012 for public speaking. Gained a tolerance after 2 mo9nth. Took 2 years to wean. Noticing mild improvements almost 6 years later. Just looking for support.

Welcome to Benzo Buddies! It's good you are seeing mild improvements but I'm sure it's hard to deal with lingering symptoms this far out. For some people recovery can take some time.

 

I'm glad you've joined the forum because you'll find others to relate to, who share the same experiences in terms of length of healing.  It's always good to know you are not alone.
