Any ideas for morning nausea

The ambien is causing terrible morning nausea. Any tips while I titrate. It last for about 5 hours upon wakeup. I can't function much until it's calmed down. I'm trying a more rapid reduction from 10mg to 5mg over 2 weeks with great hope. The 10 MG dose would put me to sleep for about 5 hours and 5mg for about 4 so I thought I might be able to work out timimg to help with this issue. Maybe  get to 2.5 at 10pm. Sleep for a few hours, read for another 3 then 2.5 for another few hours sleep. Any thoughts.

try taking "Bonine" nausea pills and using the wrist bands for nausea.  They sell them at Walgreens and CVS.

 

I think your tapering too fast
