Nauseous half the day

I am just starting my journey to recovery. I have been on 10 mg zolpidem (now 7.5) and 2 mg Ativan. For a month or longer I wake up nauseous in the morning. This is what made me realize I needed to get off this stuff as soon as possible. I’m in charge of a 2 year old in the morning but I’m so sick some mornings that I can’t do it. I’ve tried taking the ambien in different ways so I can at least get up and get him ready for school in the morning. It may work when I take the dose at around 10pm but then I wake up in 4 hours and that may be it. I guess it’s the mental challenge of then being awake for the rest of the night that then puts me into a bad spin. Man this is hard. Any advice?
