Anyone have any sleep tips the no sleep is driving me crazy! I have a lot of burning pain all over body and it intensifies at bedtime.

The burning makes it hard for sure. For me, it helps with fall coming up. I keep as little as possible of clothing or sheets/blankets over the hot parts. I have iced down my burning stomach with a freezer pack. I think of it as burning the poison out of me and that helps my mind deal with it. You still are healing even with symptoms. It’s mind over body. Anyway, that’s what I keep telling myself.

It may sound counter-intuitive, but does taking a warm bath ease any of your symptoms? You can try taking a warm bath before bedtime.

If you haven't done so already, breathing exercises (https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/324417.php) really helped me before my sleep finally worked itself out. Good luck to you.

A few things have helped me so far. For anxiety CBD oil and gabapentin. For sleep, melatonin, chamomile tea and trazadone. Also, I walk 3 miles every day.

Read 800 days off under the insomnia forum. Really good tips. He’s right on the mark.
