This is a very typical symptom, and according to wikipedia the one that last the longest. (why ?  :()

Unfortunately it strikes me each day, since a few weeks. It makes it difficult to go out, symptoms seems to intensify when I need to leave my flat, even if I don't feel anxious. But I can tell that I'm not feeling mentally fine when I have this dizziness. Strangely, I can still walk straight but hand movements can be hard to coordinate. It's a feeling coming from my neck to my head, like if i had water in my skull that was unbalanced with each movement. I have dizziness also at home, but when I'm in bed or in the coach it tends to disappear.

I plan to eliminate the MS diagnostic with my doctor.

Does someone found a trick or a medication that can help with this awful feeling ? I guess it's linked with anxiety but I don't know what to do at this point, except doing yoga postures to train my body to stay balanced.

Dizziness and feeling lightheaded are indeed symptoms of anxiety, panic disorder, and drug withdrawal. I really never looked into a treatment for this symptom though, since an MRI I had when the dizziness was at its worst came back negative for this, that, and the other.

If you can, try to keep yourself distracted when out and about (e.g. listen to music, chat w/ a friend or loved one, etc.). I also found that going out in the early morning or at night helped me a bit, because sunlight tended to aggravate my symptoms. Good luck to you.
