Have decided to take a break for a while.  Feeling totally depressed, and need to step aside from reading and posting.  I don't think it's doing me much good at the moment.

Dee, I'm sorry you're going through such a tough time. Remember we're having a decaf together at some point in the future, where we'll both be healed. I'm full of life in spite of everything and I know you are too. Hang in there and when you do come back, stay away from the threads that bring you down. It may sound selfish but you're here because you want to feel better, not worse.
