Repeating or Looping Thoughts. Ouch! You too?

Hi BB. My major symptom for months now is repeating ( or obsessive or looping) thoughts. The thought seems to change  over time but sometimes the same thought lasts for weeks or months. For me it can be constant during waking hours. It doesn’t matter even if the thought is completely innocuous ( like the thought “ I want to get an apple”). Even that thought looping throughout  your mind all day makes you feel like you are going crazy.

 

I hear this symptom eventually goes away. But, it sure is painful for me right now.

 

Does anyone else suffer from this withdrawal symptom?

In the mornings I will have a few lines from a song in my head and it will just go over and over and over. It drives me crazy but I feel it's distracting me from the burning arms and other symptoms for awhile.

I have heard song lyrics in the morning, sunshine. Usually songs I haven’t heard in years or decades!

Is head pressure one of the symptoms?

I have lots of head pressure at times. Blood pressure is usually elevated when I get the pressure.
