Jumped now extremely depressed??

So I’ve dealt with withdrawal symptoms since I started tapering and my doctor suggested that I just jump since I was already down to about .125 mg of lorazepam. He said that would be equivalent of about 1mg of diazepam and that I should be relatively safe to jump. So I did. And my symptoms haven’t really worsened, but I have never experienced such an overwhelming sense of depression that I’ve had for the past couple of days. I have no energy and can’t seem to get over this. I’m hoping this is just a temporary withdrawal symptom. I would love to hear that some other folks have been through the same???
