Really Tight, sensitive, itching chest

Hey all!

 

I'm currently 8+ months off of clonazepam! I took it everyday for 4 years!

 

Right now I am doing alot better but the one constant is this feeling in my chest of tightness, sensitivity, and itching! It is mostly just my left side of my chest and sometimes extends down to my ribs and over to my armpit and arm. Did anyone else experience this? The only things that seem to help is a hot shower or periods of time where I am busy and don't think about it! What is crazy is that when I start to think about it, it comes back!! Darn nerves! If anyone has experienced this and/or found ways to cope or make it better let me know!
