Hi

I got locked out of my old account. I was sunlit10 on here. I was actively posting and my computer must have did updates because it kicked me  out of my accounts and I couldn't remember the password I used for benzobuddies or the email password I used to start the account. I don't know if there is anyway to access my old account at this point. Am I allowed to put in my new signature that I used to be sunlit10 on here? I'm a little over 7 months off of clorazapam .5 mg 3 times a day was my highest dose for 7 years. I was rapidly tapered off. I'm also now one month off of Prozac. I'm still dealing with lots of pysch symptoms and generally feel out of it for 7 months now. Thanks.

Hello sunlit  Welcome back to Benzobuddies

I am sorry you had problems getting back on the forum, we are glad you are back with us. Congratulations on being 7 months benzo free, you have come a long way.  Benzo withdrawal symptoms can be relentless, and do take quite a while to settle down, it will get better with more time.

You will already know your way around the forum, but I will leave a few convenient links.

Welcome back sunlit,

It is good you are back as there are people here whom you will be able to identify with in view of your experience with these drugs. This process can make one feel so isolated and it does not end after one is off these drugs. It takes a while to feel fully human again.

It is important to have some kind of a support system in place that will help one to maintain a measure of sanity in view of a very insane experience.

Fortunately, the benzo/Z-drug crisis is starting to become more recognized and understood for what it is. It has been a well-hidden problem for decades. So sad...but true.

Again...so glad to have you back. :)
