Mental symptoms let up

When  do the mental symptoms let up I am 17 months  off and having intrusive thoughts still. I tell the to f—-off.

It's miserable, the intrusive thoughts and feelings. I've never been through anything like this before. I'm worried because it's gone on for so long.

I have it all the time too. 6 months off. Idk if I can deal with this any longer

I try to ignore the thoughts some days better then other days?

I get up and exercise. That usually breaks my train of thought.
