Should I taper faster?

I have been tapering off valium for the last 1.5 years, but I am still not completely off it yet. I started at 30mg and 1.5 years later I am at 4mg. Am I going too slow?

If that rate has been working for you then keep at it. Best wishes!!

If you would fill out your signature that would help.  We don't know what you are doing with you taper. I've been doing my taper for almost 2-years and won't be done until February. Since I'm doing a liquid taper and Clonazepam is horrible for your teeth I'm going to speed up. I need to me done with this and I'm tired of mixing, pulling, drinking. It's getting old and I'm getting to the point where I want to be done already.  Good luck to you.  :smitten:
