I've started to get these weird spasms in my neck.  They don't hurt or anything.  It's my first real physical symptom besides inner vibrations and headaches.

I've started to get these weird spasms in my neck.  They don't hurt or anything.  It's my first real physical symptom besides inner vibrations and headaches.

 

I've gotten full body twitches lately. I've gotten these since I was a kid, but always right when I was falling asleep. The other week I got four in four hours and while I was up and awake. Weird effects from these drugs...

Does it feel like a head rush only in the back of your neck? Mostly when you stand?

Does it feel like a head rush only in the back of your neck? Mostly when you stand?

Mine happen sitting, standing or reclining Position.  Muscles tighten, then leads weakness.  Benzo free for 21 months. Went cold turkey because my doctor had no clue about the effects of benzo. Told me it was short lived and my symptoms were not caused by benzos.  I been through hell last 21 months things are better but still living with muscle, insomnia.

Sounds just like me. Doctor forced me cold turkey and said my symptoms are in my head. Now they call me a hypochondriac
