My taper was pretty easy.  What made it hard was thinking it would be hard, lol.  At 2 weeks off I had some bad anxiety but it's passed.  Why is it easier on some ppl?  I even have 2 cups of coffee when I wake up.  I hope it stays this way for me.  So sorry for those that suffer...

That's the million dollar question.  I, myself, CT'd several times in the past from 0.25 mg K without so much as a hiccup ... best guess 4 or 5 plus times, can't remember because they were complete non-events.  I have a couple of theories as to why I was hit this time around, but they're really mere theories of course.

Would you mind adding a complete signature, detailing which benzo/s you were on, length of time, taper method, jump date, other medications, reason for taking in the first place, etc., all that good stuff.  Would be very helpful so we don't have to go digging through your post history, and would make your story much more meaningful.

Well done and big congrats to you!

Yes, this.

My first taper off Xanax was easy. Not so much the second time.
