Strange new symptom. Anyone else?

Hi Everyone

 

Last night I had a bizarre new symptom for the first time. I woke up at 3:30 am to a feeling similar to being electrocuted. It literally felt as if I was being shocked by a live electrical wire, complete with shaking and a buzzing sound in my head. It went on for about one minute and I thought "This might be how I go out". Luckily it subsided but left me feeling wiped out all day. When I hit benzo withdrawal I had a mild electric buzzing sensation in my body, but nothing like this. It hit hard and fast out of nowhere. Has anyone else had this? I wonder what it could have been. A seizure maybe? Any input appreciated.

Before I started my taper i had something similiar happen to me. I had a electrical feeling in my head, it felt like there was an electrical cord hooked up to my brain. It was buzzing, almost painful and it kept me up at night.

 

I had a feeling that it was long term use of my medicine so thats when i started tapering my pills. I had the feeling a bunch right before my taper and then once about a month into my taper. Since then  I havnt had it (knock on wood)

 

I dont know what it was -- and i dont want to know. I just want it to stay away.
