I’m a 40 year old male. I’ve been on different benzos continuously for 20 years. I’m currently going thru the withdrawal process and have weaned myself down to 7.5mg of Diazepam. At my peak I was talking 4mg of alprozolam a day.

Wow, you've come a long way in getting off benzo's, how are you feeling?  I see you made the transition from alprozolam to diazepam, I've seen other members make the switch and they report that it's much better because it's longer acting and you can make smaller cuts. 

 

We're glad you've decided to join us, it sounds like you have plenty of experience tapering, so maybe you'd like to start out on the Withdrawal Support (during your taper) if you're experiencing withdrawal symptoms.
