Clonazepan in a minimal doze

I decided to join BenzoBuddies, because after I took 14 days Clonazepan in a minimal doze, I had withdrawls symptoms like ansiety, nightmares.  After 2 month I had another problem and my doctor recommended me 0.5 of clonazepan again, he said if I took only once time, I wouldn't have that symptoms again, and I had. Then I havent find here in my city a doctor that know how to manage this. Because of this I need to read this forum.

First, your going to be ok. It will take time, and it wont be pleasant, but you will survive and heal.  Please start learning coping techniques, they will help tremendously. We have them here, there are a few very good ones on YouTube.
