Benzos and sleeping pills

Hello,

Does anyone know what ingredients are in Benzos and sleeping pills?

Do they contain fluoride ? What foods will detox fluoride from the body ?

I believe some A/D's include some fluoride.  Benzo's I don't think so, although who knows about some of these fillers they use.  Sleeping pills I'm unfamiliar with. 

 

If there's a specific drug, you could google the chemical formula to see.  And researching the fillers a manufacturer uses can reveal some nasties.

 

Kelp would help to remove fluoride, since it contains iodine.  Be careful with it if you have any thyroid issues though.
