Huge wave close to the end of taper - does it get worse once I'm off?

I am close to the end of my taper. Had a four days window last week, maybe to prepare me for the last days and to remind me how good life can be. Got hit by a huge wave on Friday and today I am having the worst day. Horrible wd, anxiety and depression out of this world. I am hoping it doesn't get even worse once I'm off in 6 days from now but I guess I will have to be prepared for that. Or what? Truly need all the support I can get!

Same has happened to me , I am not as close as you but I have had the same , great couple of months then bam all symptoms back , usually lasts a week or so then my body catches up .

Thank you for sending good thoughts my way. I need that! I tapered too fast. I'm gonna need to slow down. This is now effecting my sleep as well as causing severe anxiety and depression. I don't know how I'm going to cope.
