I hear about windows and waves.  I think I kinda understand 🤷🏻‍♀️    I hear windows and waves do they happen during taper or only after and maybe a better window like in depth what you feel or what exactly it means

They can actually be during both tapering and after jumping.  A window is like you have a period of time , where you feeling almost normal, I actually had a 3 week window and it was wonderful, only problem is when they close.  It's hard to accept you feel bad again.  A wave is almost opposite, symptoms are really rough.  Hope that helps, Mary 💜

Does that include no or almost no symptoms.  Do you stop feeling depressed also

There's really no official definition, it's purely subjective.  Having a slightly easier day, or having a splendid 100% symptom-free day?  Either one could mean a "window" for some people.  Feeling slightly crappy, or feeling at death's door?  Either one could be called a "wave", depending.  Purely subjective.

I wish you nothing but bright wide open windows coming your way. ;)
