I am struggling so bad pains. I usually take ib prophen now I am traumatized and don’t want to take anything I am so much pain

I’d give a heating pad a try. I don’t see how ibuprofen would hurt, though.

I have always had bad cramps this is worse then before and used ibuprofen. Now I scared myself to take anything.  I did try a heat pad I super sensitive to heat and cold and latently I’ve been burning up to top it off.  I hope those all go away

Ibuprophen won't  hurt you. Prescription  pain pills caused me I think some problems. Tylenol won't  cause problems either.

By the way you are taking vicodin? Don't  those help your cramps?  They always did mine.

Edibles!  My brother called it "ragweed" when I bug him, lol.

 

Mine would get so bad I want to dig out my uterus with a spoon (FU klonopin )

 

I would get relief doing combination of stuff:  edibles, abdominal massage, ibuprofen, some yoga poses helped (legs up the wall), edibles.
