Anyone’s views on this please

I am in a setback dew to  an A B and steroid, having had no windows my symptoms started going up and down then l got a day of feeling completely normal then back in a wave after a week 2 days of feeling normal now a big wave has hit this last week no sign of anymore windows and this wave is intense, can anyone share their thoughts with me please

Oh Kat you must be feeling awful, I'm so disappointed for you, this whole experience is beyond understanding, it's so unpredictable and frustrating. I don't have any advice unfortunately except to say hang in there, it seems  that once we experience setbacks we get sent back into hell for a long time but the fact that you had a window, albeit short, shows that another one will come, it's just so horrible going through this non linear pattern for what seems like eternity. Sending you love and strength to keep pushing forward xx
