Please please I’m freaking out google meds

I was kicked to a low dose of Ativan .25 from .5-1mg daily for 6 weeks now I started looking into stuff and should of never been out on this. I had back pain for main years and 2.5 years ago put on Vicodin 20-25 mg daily  How can I even come off Ativan now with Vicodin in my system.  Does anyone have information on this.  My doc basically gave me a toxic mix on top on withdrawal.  I’m so sick barely can eat don’t sleep    I’m so scared now

Try and find a doctor to help you taper.  If not find a quack doctor and taper yourself.  Don't read anymore into it.  It will become an addiction.

Agreed. Dont read anything. You should have no problem getting off the benzo. It's been two months...

I would just taper one at a time, probs the shortest term med first, -if you want off both that is...

You may find they both cover each others symptoms to some degree, but taper speed should address that if you follow your SX intensity..

Both are well within therapeutic doses so try not to over worry..
