So for the most part I feel Ok as far as not feeling ill or sick to my stomach or flu like. I did have those issues early in withdrawal but I have been ok the last couple months. Well this week my head has been pounding. I feel nauseous. Low appetite. And over all flu like. Not sure if I’m sick or if this is a wave. I’m 4.5 months out. I hate having to over think ever single thing I feel.  I know it’s not the flu because I don’t feel THAT bad. It’s just a nuisance and enough to keep me in bed. Started about three nights ago. I don’t even know where this post is going I know no one has answers. Guess it helps to post instead of tell a family member who doesn’t get it. 🤷‍♀️

Also bad air hunger along with this. Laying down makes it worse weirdly.

Would you describe this for me? I had what I think is the same thing not long ago.

It’s like I need air but my breaths are really shallow. I can’t get a good breath. My chest feels heavy and full. Best way I know how to deceive it. It’s very annoying.

Only brief reply Penny, but at 4.5 months out believe everything you are feeling is withdrawal, including the air hunger.  I had that too.  Had all you describe.

At 7 months, no air hunger, and all else is improving.  It seems to come and go now.

Ah. Thanks for that. It is a really disturbing sensation to wake up and not feel like you can physically get enough air. So weird...

Ya it’s rough. Never had it until after my jump. I hadn’t had it in a bit but it’s back. Hopefully not for long.

I've never had it before in my life. I had to jump out of bed and walk around until the feeling subsisted. Nasty business...
