I have already transitioned and tapered way to fast and have been holding, but still in early acute w/d.

Some friendly users suggested I updose and hold and then slow taper, but if I can make it through, just want to grin and bear through it so I can get to my last pill and recover! How many people have done this and where glad they did not hold or start over? I’m already down to 5.75 mg of V. If I start over I would be going back to 8, or 10 mg ...
