Welcome to Benzo Buddies and thank you for being such a wonderful support for your friend. It helps a lot to have someone willing to learn and understand the ramifications of long term benzo use and it's withdrawal.

 

Thanks also for the NICE link.  We are happy that there is a little more effort going on so that best practices will be employed when prescribing benzos.
