Should I be looking into something else?

I am nearly 9 months off from a rapid taper from short term use.  I was only on for 3.5 weeks and went down from 1mg of clonazepam to 0 in four days and then had a crazy panic attack and took 0.5mg of clonazepam and it was like a switch went off in my brain. 

 

From a panic attack to pacing terror for a week.  Was it possible to kindle my brain from doing that?  I was on benzos short term use (less than 6 months) a couple of time before.  I continued a 45 day taper with what I had left completely out of my mind but 2 weeks later it got so much worse and I have been in mental hell torment since. 

 

Considering I don't have any physical symptoms.  Could is be possible something else could be contributing to the mental stuff.  Please don't tell me I need to get the anxiety and ocd under control with a therapist or practice techniques.  If you have been in my situation you know what it's like an nothing can be done.  My thoughts spin, race, loop out of control. 

 

It freaks me out that no one seems to be as bad on here as me.  I'm not lying when I say I haven't been distracted for 1 second this entire time. My brain literally wont distract and I've tried everything.

I’m in the same boat. 17 months off. Mind hasn’t been off how I feel for 1 second, I continue to get worse. I’m also homebound as being out is too much for my cns.

HI01 - Does your mind torture you all day long?  Do you have looping/racing thoughts?
