33 1/2 months off Xanax

I was reading a post that said "Does Anyone Ever Get Better", or something to that affect. I didn't know about this forum before, over 33 months ago, wish I had. I just wanted to say that things do get better. A different timeline for every one, that's for sure. Anyway, after taking 6 mg of Xanax for ~14 years I am almost all better, just have a little tinnitus and that's all. There is hope, hang in.
