I've noticed that when I bite down and put my upper teeth on my lower teeth, my teeth chatter. Also, when I attempt to fake smile, the sides of my mouth quiver. It's very strange. I don't know if this has anything to do with withdrawal though. Anybody else have this. It's not really a big deal, I suppose.

It probably has nothing to do with withdrawal though. Just curious.

When I smile half way, my right cheek starts to tremor.  It gets better and worse day by day, but over time it is slowly getting better.

Do you think it has anything to do with withdrawal or is it just anxiety?

I had this until the 3d year off. Strange that you mention it!!

It was muscle related. After an osteopathic treatment it would be gone for 2 days and then come back.

In these days I had massive lacks of minerals and the body was full of acids. As soon as my minerals lacks were filled the muscle problems became better and also the joint cracks and other pain issues resolved.

In my case it was a symptom of withdrawal.

God. As if we had not enough to deal with.

Chin up! I hope it will leave you soon!

I have it, too, but honestly it's the least bothersome symptom I have.

I remember this!  Just checked.. gone.  I am thinking that deficiencies developed in withdrawals clear up or normalize on their own.... maybe good to check blood levels?

I don't think it's deficiencies, I think it's neuromusclar.  I have it too, as above poster said it's the least of my worries.

You asked:

Do you think it has anything to do with withdrawal or is it just anxiety?

=======

I think it is my weakened CNS from the xanax.
