Just Jumped - Please give me hope

Hi

 

I have been on klonopin 5 yrs, roughly at .25 once a day the whole time, and on occasion .5 or .375, but for many months I have been on .25

I tapered with using a razor cutting 10% of the pill every 2 weeks, I got to .125 after 2 months and decided to jump off, I just dont want to be on this drug any more and feel for quite some time I was experiencing withdrawl symptoms while still on it, sadness, tight muscles, head pressures

 

I have been of 6 days, heres what I feel

 

- big increase in head neck and jaw tension, pressure

- dizzy, woozy really increased,,,especially when moving head and tracking objects

- more anxiety

- spaced out, more confused, agitated

-been bloated since the begining of the taper

-flat emotions, bizzare thinking patterns

-I am able to work, run, lift and sleep, but wake up about 5am nauseaus and awake

 

 

Everything tells me that this is totaly the result of coming off the drug, and I need time,  I guess Im just scared from some of the horror stories, I cant imagine living like this, it is really effecting my life.

Please tell me what you think

It sound to me like you are doing great ( compared to the horror stories). I hear it only gets better with time.
