I just found out about this device that is suppose to help with insomnia, anxiety and depression. It is fda approved and some people swear by it that it works. It appears it has been around for some time. Has anyone used this device during withdrawal? Did it help at all? Anyone use it in the past at all that can provide some feedback about its effectiveness especially when it comes to anxiety and insomnia?
