Hi everyone, I am approaching 34 months and having terrible waves. I have heard this is fairly common. I’m really just not used to this anymore…  before this I was feeling so much steadier for a long period of time that I thought this couldn’t happen to me anymore. I’ve also had brief windows where I felt incredible in Ways I haven’t in a very long time. This almost feels like acute. I know it’s common to have horrible waves right before you’re finishing up… But when anxiety and the depression get bad, it’s hard to hold on to hope. Greatly appreciate any and all support, thank you.

I have heard this too, that it's possible to get into a really bad wave right before the final healing. I am not near as far out as you and I applaud you for going at this so long. I'm encouraged to hear that you have had windows too. Hopefully you'll hear more from others who have healed or are in the same boat.  :smitten:

I'm over a year behind you and I'm still having bad waves also.  I just had a really bad wave that lasted over a week but I'm better the past few days.  Just focus on the better times knowing they will come back.  I know that's easy to say.  Last week I felt like I was in acute again and went days without any sleep at all.  Now I'm just really tired and trying to give my body the rest it needs.
