Hi. Im a Norwegian woman aged 42. Tapered off 100 mg of valium within 8 months. Still on 7,5 mg of zopiclone each night. Was on valium for 3 years, only on 100 mg the last 4 months (I know, a huge amount). Its been a long journey, just looking for some support and wisdom from other members. Trying to taper off the zopiclone also but finding it really difficult.
