Hi Everyone,

Does any one have suggestions for dealing with brain fog during taper and withdrawal?

My brain literally feels like it's "wobbly".

Hi. The only thing that helps my brain fog is exercise and time. Sorry that you are going through this, brain fog is one of the worst symptoms for me.

Thank you for the suggestion of exercise. I'm going to give it a try. It's also comforting knowing it's going to take time as I tend to forget this. Appreciate the reply thank you.

I know few responded but it really is a very common symptom. It's also a particularly frustrating one.

Do you feel like your brain is almost shaking sometimes? When I exercise it makes that symptom worse.

It feels like I cannot think straight.  Kind of like my brain is foggy and trying to catch up. The wobbly feeling is more like a dizziness almost, though I'm not dizzy. It's just the sensation of it.
