Finally got some rest after being up for 4 days. I was having a major window while having some serious physical and mental side effects and didn't even know it until I woke up. It felt good at the time compared to being depressed having waves but now that I know what happened I will know how to react better next time. Also I will need to watch what I post. I was under the impression that with Windows, you're actually starting to feel like normal. However, that was nothing like normal. Is that not how it is supposed to work?

Windows might mean different things for different people. For me, I have never had a window where I was back to normal. What it feels like for me is less intense symptoms and feeling more like myself or accessing emotions that I haven't felt an awhile. It helps to record them too. Sometimes you start to see a pattern develop in time. I can say that mornings are still the worst for me but symptoms tend to burn off around afternoon and evenings are better, too. But for the first little while, everything was awful and unbearable all the time.
