It’s my birthday today

39. And I didn’t wake up with the gift I wanted more than anything.

 

Almost nine months off here. It’s especially painful to be suffering this badly today. I’m fighting to maintain a good mood but it’s so much harder since my setback a couple of months ago. Physical symptoms, MENTAL symptoms, the way my life feels like it’s fallen apart around this thing...

 

On the other hand I think 39 will be the year that this resolves. And I’m happy to let go of 38.

Happy birthday : ).  I know what you mean...mine was last month at 12 months out, 34 here.  Supposed to be happy right, I mean how many days are about you?  But when it's just another day of this crap it actually makes it worse.  Christmas was miserable, the fact something is SUPPOSED to be good, and isn't, just puts more pressure on you and makes you feel worse.  I couldn't even presents for my family I was so f'ed up.

 

Hang in there bud, I think this next year is the year for us too.  I know Christmas is going to be better for me.

My birthday was last month and the worst of my entire life. I know what you mean about the gift you want more than anything. I wish we could give it to you. But, I can give you a big CONGRATS for all that you have been through for the last year and YES, healing for 39!
