Aug 6 is the last day I worked out.  I was very muscular for a female even the years I didn’t work out I still carried a lot of muscle since as 23 the day I taper I lost so much weight and mainly a lot of muscle on legs arms and buttocks    I have lost 15 lbs I am very concerned that I will not have much more weight of muscle to give soon. I am forcing myself to eat as much as I can

Hi,  it's me again. Same here: lots of leg muscle gone. As well as strength. But I' m going for short walks again, which I hope will help a little. Keep eating, that's essential!  I too have lost weight, put a small part back on and hope to, at least,  stay at this weight. But there 's lot of things I can't eat, so it's difficult. All the best to you.

It’s very scary and idk what to do about it.  I can only image how much effort it will take to recover the muscle if possible

When you're able to exercise again you'll get it back quickly. I know this from experience.

I think this is the most frustrating part of my taper. My leg muscles are constantly tightening and relaxing without me doing it. Some days they burn like someone put a match out in my veins.

I am not hungry either.

But I do continue to bike regardless (even in severe pain) and I literally have to force feed myself.

I am doing long holds in hopes my brain and muscles can heal together? I don't think anybody really knows what to do or how long things work themselves out, so my doctor told me to hold a while before my next taper.

Best of luck to you.
