Can anyone who has healed tell me if this is a good sign of healing

So, after been in a long weave symptoms started to come then ease off, but. now l have had intense waves with perfect windows the waves still out way the windows but these windows were perfect could anyone please tell me if this is a good sign of healing and do the windows start to get longer now they have started up?Thankyou

They do get longer. I'm 23 months off and for me, each window has yet been followed by a wave, however, the waves have gotten less severe each time, and they have become shorter each time (at least that's my perception, I didn't keep track of it).

 

My windows have gotten much longer. Also, I have had major improvements in "baseline" at months 17-19 and months 22-23. Then, just about a week ago, a terrible wave hit me. It's way less severe in terms of bodily symptoms I have had so far (excitable heart, high heart rate/intense heart rate, feeling my heart beat in my entire body, anxiety, etc.), however it brought back symptoms I thought were gone: intense "pre-seizure" feeling as I call it, which may be a form of migraine or whatever, I don't know. And quite noticable, medium-high intensity derealization/depersonalization. Very, very uncomfortable and downright frightening.

 

It is what it is. Cherish the windows, and hold tight during the waves. It will get better, but it takes a ridiculous amount of time. I'm at 23 months. I thought I would be healed by now. Not the case, unfortunately. Still, I am SO much better than during the first year. That time was very hard to bear.
