Looking for a buddie with Fibromyalgia

Hi,  are you tapering (Valium / Diazepam) and having Fibromyalgia as well?  I would like some contact and support. Thanks for any response.

I too am tapering  diazepam and have fibromyalgia, as I think I may have mentioned to you,  I am always here , but not a lot of help at the moment as I am deep down in the trenches,

Hi Jen, so sorry to hear that!. I had a three day window. Unreal! Hardly any pain or anxiety. I started going for short walks again. ( twice a day 10 to 14 minutes).  Even did a little gardening again!  ( first time in ages). Today my sudden extreme fatigue returned. And I' m back to square one. Had an MRI-SCAN done last week ( neck and head). Yesterday I had the result: everything OK. So the dizziness must be because of Valium or Fibro.  Hope you may climb out if the trenches again soon, safe and sound.

I have Fibro but tapering Klonopin. I am willing to talk, share...whatever.

Yes and ME/CFS and hypermobility Syndrome probably Ehlers  Danlos and spinal problems that had to have surgery for and much worse in 20 years since.

I had fybromygia from aspartame and probably lexapro prior valium. Valium made it 100 times spreading it to entire body from the original in head only, along with greatly intesfied degree. It is my worst sx during valium taper. I'm now 2 months off, the pain gradually turned to electric shocks, burning and other crazy sensation so its not as painful most of the day.

 

If you never had it before v, it will lesson over time after getting off.
