Sorry guys I only made 150 days off all meds. I got downtown shopping for a house and ended up having to choose between taking cbd to get myself home and ending up on the ground in public. Took 4 doses in all over 2 days tryna get myself through the ordeal. Super upset with myself though since it didn’t work out. I thought I could get away with it but my cns is too sensitive for even supplements. Anyway I’m back to being mostly bedridden now and worried I might’ve just blown all my progress. I feel absolutely horrible. More so than a typical wave. My brain is throwing a fit and tryna handle the fallout. I had only recently started driving and going out to eat again. 150 days though. That’s all I could make it. 5 months and now I’m feeling those horrid acute acute symptoms again. Hope I’ll be okay... if I’m lucky this won’t last since it’s just a supplement. Who knows why it makes me rebound so hard though.

I don't think you have "reset" yourself crescent.  Four doses over 2 days does not seem enough to do this I believe. 

 

Back on the horse again.  One hundred and fifty days of all meds is a terrific achievement.

 

We learn as we go crescent.  This is part of the learning.

 

This will pass.
