Hello fellow travellers,

I know anything is possible, but is it possible  :) to still have (small) bouts of mania 7 months out Valium?

Nothing too over the top, but I can tell it's mania.

Never any mania, psychosis, pre benzo withdrawal.

Best wishes to all.

Dee

What makes you say that it is mania?

I know that when I feel a relief in symptoms I get all excited. I feel so pumped up from not feeling crazy and sick that it feels like mania to me!

No, it is not the excitement of feeling better Warrior, though I can understand how this might happen.

Out of the blue I can find myself doing jigs, singing, some pressure of speech.  Unexpectedly.

It is probably not a true mania, but definitely an excitable state that can appear out of nowhere.

I know I am improving Warrior, but still there is stuff.  And this is one of them.
