I think it would no longer be considered an earworm... I think. Depends on what you're talking about.

Everything I read/watch repeats in my head all day long.  Also, conversations etc

Yes!!!  For me it jumps from one thing to another, anything at all  I have gone crazy several times with it.  I thought I was better last month, then it hit me like a sledgehammer all over again.  I'm almost 14 months benzo free.  It gets scarier as time goes on, as I start to think it's me and I will go crazy and die. Anyways, I have to continue to tell myself it's the benzo.  This is so uncharacteristic for me.  I've never been afraid of anything so trivial.  I think the benzo causes all of this.  I have to believe it.  I have NEVER had anything like this until benzo.

In his book Musicophilia Oliver Sacks says that earworms can be stopped by chewing. Not sure if would work in WD.
