Hi. I recently went down 1mg to .75mg of lorazepam and im noticing between each .25 dose. Is dizziness and headaches normal & heart racing? I already have anxiety. If I stopped after .5 are seizures likely? My dr says not but Im not convinced.

Seizures are unlikely. However IMO you’ll be more comfortable cutting the dose a few more times before stopping completely. Let your symptoms guide you. Elevated symptoms mean it’s best to slow down and take your time with this.

Hey it seems like we are in the same exact boat. I’m having all the same symptoms except I have like terrible head pressure. I guess it would be like a migraine but I’ve never had migraines so I don’t really know. My mood is crazy too. Horrible  mood swings.

i hate ativan. :(    hate it , hate it.  going to try and taper again. i keep failing.  i wish i were only on the mg you are on.  and, yes, those symptoms are about right.  ativan is hard on us. :(    i made a .25 cut off one mg and was sick for 4 months so much so my CNS crashed and i had to updose. hence, the mess i am in now.  was at 2.75 now up to 3.75.
