Have you tried NAC boom box boy? Little risk of causing any worsening of symptoms and supposed to help irritability, anxiety, ocd, anger, etc. All your flavors of fun in other words : ). It’s all the rage in the psych arenas right now, psychiatrist is actually who recommended it to me.

I've not tried inositol. I have tried a lot of supplements during this, some more consistently and for longer periods than others and I've not really noticed any difference.

My only issue with Remeron is if it helps me sleep, aren't I just going to become dependent on that too, eventually. Isn't that what got me into this mess in the first place, taking medication for sleep and anxiety? I just don't know what to do to get relief.

I had a look at your posts yesterday. I think that you're suffering so much that sooner or later you risk to get back either to the BZD or to alcohol. Or to both. The latter is even worse than the BZD.

I didn't know your girl is a 2-year-old toddler. You should enjoy her presence instead of being afraid of her. You will never have these years back.

I guess mirt is a lesser evil than the BZD or alcohol with which you self-medicated so far. It could also help with intrusive thoughts, if taken regularly. People do take it for OCD.

It’s possible to “course correct” by getting what you need out of it, get off it, and move on. Give it a fair shake, understand how it works, have an exit plan and get on with things.  One poster above mentioned they were able to use it successfully and briefly.

Middleson459, you are clearly an internet troll. Take your comments to Youtube videos. You would fit in better in those online communities. You are a miserable wretch of a human being. Please stop commenting on threads I start. Thanks. You're not helpful to anyone.

Hey, you can just report him. I agree that what he said is rude and inconsiderate.

Please remove the name of that sick site from your post. You click on "Modify message".

We don't want people to visit it. Let's not give that nutty SG guy a free advertisement here.

I posted in the insomnia area. My sleep has gotten really bad since starting my new job and I just don't know what to do about it. I have increased anxiety about sleeping now too, making matters worse. When will it return naturally?

Listen to sleep meditations from David. Sealy at night you will fall asleep that’s an option for you

I can use some guided meditation or even listen to audio books and fall asleep sometimes but I'm not sleeping through the night at all. I just keep waking up. I can tell when my sleep isn't sound.

That means you’re healing when you’re waking up your brain is healing that’s the way it was explained to me.  Just keep on trying you got to keep on doing meditations over and over again it just doesn’t happen overnight.  If not try Remeron antihistamine trazodone there’s a lot of medications that help you sleep.  I guess there’s no easy answer for you.
