Real Hope after 2.5 yrs.

Hi Everyone, I almost never come to BB but used to a lot. THis is not a success story because I'm not there yet, but I am having real improvements at 2.5 yrs. that i wanted to share as a msg of hope. Here are the newest changes: My hair has grown back, I can sleep deeply at night, I No longer have dread and fear of free time, if I get bad thoughts or feelings they are passing quickly (for now), my head tremor has stopped (had it for many years), the hearing loss from tinitus in one of my ears is abating, and more.  I am still having waves and windows but the windows are becoming the majority now, after MANY months of a seemingly endless wave.

    ALso I know someone who at 2.5 years, has now recovered.  Another person at 3.7 years who is having her first normal days. (SHe is an extreme case, given many diff. kinds of drugs for many yrs., getting sicker and sicker).

  It appears it is true that everyone recovers.

Great news!

 

I am also having some really good days with bad days sprinkled in at 5 months off after tapering over 3 years.

Healing is definitely happening.

 

We all heal in time.
