Annoyed frustrated and the rest

Good evening all .

When I thought there was light at the end of the Tunnel the diazepam dread hits home like s ton of bricks.

I have now been off for 11 weeks after 11 months of use on 15mg a day for a chest injury .

I know we all suffer waves but how long do they normally last for . Mines is now in week 3 and still holding strong .

A couple of queries to see if anyone has advice or suffers from these .

I scalp on top of head is constantly burning and feels like something is crawling under skin .

The head pressure and pulsatile tinnitus is inhumane and very hard to tolerate .

Anxiety attacks that come and go and I can only describe as a chilly type wave that courses through my chest and abdomen.

Many strong people on here who have most probably had it a lot worse than me but I hope you have any tips or re assurance on the above .

Stay strong all

Stay strong Bigstomac.

Yes, I've experienced all you are describing at 3+ months out Valium.

I can feel some change for the better, and then it kicks back on me.  I'm trusting this is healing.

I can only say your symptoms are 'normal', and all I do is keep the faith.

Diet, fluids, exercise, meditation, etc., good too.  All the good stuff, that helps to make your body strong.

Should take my own advice, as currently ensconced on the couch.  I forgive myself, this has been too hard to do otherwise.

We will get there.

Dee

Its re assuring knowing that I'm not the only one struggling going through these.

Yes . I hope this is healing and comes to an end .

I have tried a couple of tips but seem to forget them on bad days .

The couch seems to be best friend right now .

Thanks for reply
