Help! I feel so weird. NO way this can be anxiety, I feel like I’m going to lose my mind. I just feel odd 24/7 the last several weeks, I’m 14 months off. I hope it’s not turning in to something like a psychosis or something. My mind is racing and I feel weird.

I have read a lot of your posts, I doubt you’ll turn psychotic.

I have felt all kinds of stuff like this. I truly think it’s all withdrawal related. Try to calm ur breathing. Box breathing helps me the most. It sounds stupid but it does help. I have lots of panic episodes. This is the only thing that eventually helps.
