Problems with liquid Mirtazapine

I'm tapering off this damn drug  and am using a liquid form of it to get off now that I am at 3.3mg. The lower I go the worse the symptoms seems to be. I think a big part of it is not being able to get a consistent dose in liquid form at this low end. First of all mirtazapine will not go into solution, but will go into suspension. So I use OraPlus which is for making suspensions of pharmaceuticals. I mix it 50-50 with distilled water. I make 75mg at a time in a 1:1 ratio, 1ml=1mg. I have noticed that the mirtazapine will precipitate out and adhere to the sides of the glass reagent bottle that I put it in and I have also notices that the Oraplus and distilled water will separate as well after sitting, I have to shake it vigorously before I draw a new dose. However, the fact that it precipitates out makes me think after a few days the original 1:1 concentration is not regained. So I am wondering if others have experienced this and how have you remedied the situation........I know its part of the problem as to why Im having such awful symptoms during my taper now. When I was on a 7.5 mg tablet or 1/2 of a 7.5mg tablet the withdrawal sxs were not nearly as pronounced as the dose was consistent. Any suggestions out there?
